How can you afford to provide free products to members?

eSurveyCraze work in partnership with other network affiliates who represent advertisers that need your opinion. They pay us for introducing you and/or your friends to register for their services or to complete surveys. We aim to share some of this profit with you by offering points to redeem for prizes when you complete a survey or register for a service through our website.

Are you available to other countries other than the USA?

Currently we are only accepting United States residents. We are working to expand our reach to include residents outside the United States, such as, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia... please check back periodically to inquire.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still register?

eSurveyCraze does not require members to have a credit card to register. Most of our offers do not require a credit card to sign up to complete an offer. Should a credit card be required in the future, it will likely be used to verify your age and or to complete offers that require a credit card.

Will you send me spam?

All of your information on this website is protected; we are against spam! If you believe you are being spammed as a result of completing offers via our website, you can report the spam on our "Report Spam" page.

Can I use false information to sign-up for offers?

No. Affiliates and Advertisers have their validation process to ensure their leads not false. Should you use false information to complete offers, your account will be placed on hold or be terminated.

What is an offer, and how do I complete one?

An offer is an advertiser's way of gaining customers. An offer may be for a product or service, or merely for registering on a website. Each offer has different terms for completion, which are usually listed along with the offer description. If the offer does not have any "requirements" listed, you may assume that completion requires you to sign up and order the product or service offered.

A lot of the offers require a credit card to sign up. Do you get that information from them?

No. The advertisers do not share any information about you with us. We only receive a report that says we were credited for the offer.

How do you know I was the one who completed an offer if the advertiser doesn't share any of my personal information with you?

We include your user number in all of the offer links. Our advertisers track that number and when an offer is reported to us as completed, they tell us the user number that was in the original link.

What do I do if I complete an offer but don't receive credit for it?

If you've waited the appropriate time (as stated in each offer's description), log in to your account and submit a credit request on the support page. We then forward the confirmation email (that the advertiser sent you) to our affiliate so they can research the validity of the offer. Should an offer be completed correctly, the affiliate should be able to credit you the offer.

How long will it take to credit my earned points to my account?

Accumulated points for completing offers should show up in your account instantly. However, there may be offers that will take longer. There have been situations where points haven taken 12 to 48 hours or even longer to get credited to your account. Should you have any questions about earned points, please contact us and we will resolve the situation as best as we can.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

There is no limit to how many points you can earn. Points will depend on how many offers you are willing to complete!
