Please note that the term "hold" as used in this contract is defined as suspending an account indefinitely resulting in that account's entire balance to be forfeited.

1. Membership

A user must provide the site with a valid email address.

A user must provide accurate contact information including but not limited to shipping address, telephone number, and e-mail address upon sign-up. Only one account is allowed per household. You must be 18 or older, and reside in the United States to participate in this website.

Providing false information upon sign-up will result in your account being placed on hold.

Sign-ups are prohibited in public area such as a workplace, college campus, or library. A user also may not sign up to our website via a proxy, which includes ISP's such as AOL. If a user is found to be using a proxy service, your account will be placed on hold.

A user may be put on hold for ANY suspicious activity whether it is on this site, or other sites.

A user may have a maximum of one (1) account. Any accounts sharing the same IP address are considered duplicate accounts and will be placed on hold.

Violating the Terms Of Use disqualifies a user's account on all future and current eSurveyCraze.com websites.

"Walking through" or guiding users through the steps of completing the site is strictly prohibited. This is considered fraud and will not be handled lightly. Any user found to be walking users through offers has a high risk of their account being placed on hold.

Any user reported to eSurveyCraze.com that is said to be spamming will be placed on hold. While you may place your referral link online where accepted, spamming will not be tolerated.

By signing up for any eSurveyCraze.com website you agree to hold harmless eSurveyCraze.com and any of its employees from any damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal claims that may result from using this website.

Once signed up, your account with our network is permanent and will not and cannot be deleted. If you don't want your account, simply never use the site.

Users may under no circumstances transfer, trade, or sell accounts to other users or non-users. Doing so will result in hold on every account involved.

Referrals can not be transferred or donated from one account to another. This includes transfers of referrals with their offer completed from un-referred accounts to other accounts. Under some circumstances, if an un-referred user has not yet received credit for an offer, then their account may be transferred to another referrer.

Users who sign-up agree to receive updates from eSurveyCraze.com regarding new sites and promotions. We do not send out multiple emails or spam.

2. Completion of Offers

A user may only receive credit for completing an offer once. Do not complete an offer twice as this is considered fraud. Users who are found completing duplicate offers will be placed on hold, whether it is through eSurveyCraze.com or Affiliate sites.

eSurveyCraze.com does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for any offer. We reserve the right to refuse a user credit for an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information or fraudulent information.

eSurveyCraze.com is not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive credit due to the advertiser's problems or reasons.

If a user is found to have canceled an offer immediately after completion, this is considered fraud, and your account will be placed on hold.

It is the user's responsibility to follow the terms and conditions of the offer they wish to complete. If these terms are broken your account will be placed hold.

eSurveyCraze.com is not responsible for users who may incur loss or damages due to completing offer(s) for an advertiser. A user assumes all risks involved, and it is the user's responsibility to follow the terms and conditions at any advertiser's site.

Manual credit requests are no longer accepted by any Affiliates working with eSurveyCraze.com. If you submit a manual credit request, it will be automatically denied.

3. Orders

eSurveyCraze.com will take measures to ensure that users receive rewards within a reasonable amount of time. However, eSurveyCraze.com can only do so after we have received payments from the participating advertisers.

eSurveyCraze.com is a free service and does not guarantee a payment of any amount or rewards of any kind, regardless of offers or referrals completed.

All rewards are sent to the shipping address provided by the user at registration time. It is a user's responsibility to verify that the shipping address provided is correct. eSurveyCraze.com is not responsible for lost mail/packages as a result of an incorrect address provided by the user, theft or non-deliverable addresses.

eSurveyCraze.com is not responsible for any lost orders due to inaccurate shipping information and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

eSurveyCraze.com does not take exchanges or give refunds of any kind.

If you’ve earned enough points to redeem for rewards, you will receive your reward at a reasonable time. However, we may delay a shipment date at times.

eSurveyCraze.com does not guarantee payment of any amount or rewards of any kind if an advertiser or partner of eSurveyCraze.com does not pay eSurveyCraze.com.
