The fantastic thing about having Couture Vogue Week smack dab in the midst of awards season is that the chance of seeing it once more on the purple carpet—typically solely days after the present, too—is fairly excessive. OK, very excessive (see: final season). And truthfully, who would have the audacity to show down the possibility to put on this scrumptious bubblegum-pink cloud of tulle? Or this exquisitely embroidered masterpiece? Ugh, it is all simply too good.
And with SAGs just a few days away (Jan. 29), the Grammys just a few weeks (Feb. 12), and the Oscars, a month from now (Feb. 26), we determined to play stylist and rounded up all prettiest, dreamiest, most breath-taking couture creations that we wish to sweep the purple carpet.
