We’re an independent information site, not a survey panel, so we can’t see or change anything in your survey accounts.
- Missing points, rewards or payments: contact the panel’s own support team, through its website or app.
- Scams: report them to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Forward scam texts to 7726.
- Identity theft: IdentityTheft.gov has step-by-step recovery plans.
- Tax questions about your own situation: the IRS website or a tax professional.
